With 15mm spacers. Haha!
With spacers, the spacing was fine but they wobbled on my car. I tried to remount them a couple times and I just suck at that. Once I had it in my head that the wheels wobbled... I lost confidence and bought new wheels that day.

There are 25mm in an inch, so 15mm spacers are over half an inch thick. Had to buy longer bolts to mount the wheels. I might have been able to go with 10mm but I wanted them to fill the tire well better. And I thought I read somewhere that the AMG calipers need some extra clearance.
I don't know the offset of the CLS, but yeah, you need to make sure they clear. Spacers are fine, but I personally don't like them very thick.
