H&R Wheel Spacers in 5mm, 10mm, 20mm and 30mm widths and RAD R14 - M12x1.5 Lug Bolts
Clearing out some stuff that's just sitting around. The 5mm spacers are from my SRT6 and the 10mm and 30mm spacers and the RAD bolts were used on my W203 C-Class to fit W212 E550 wheels on it. The 20mm spacers were used to fit a set of wheels but were never actually driven on.
All prices are shipped to the lower 48 states. I can work on the prices but only if you want to purchase two or more sets. If anyone wants to buy everything, I'll take $350 shipped.

Yes, on my C-Class I had the 10mm spacers up front with the 30mm spacers in the rear. The W212 E-Class 18x8.5 4Matic wheels were flush with the fenders using this setup but you'd need the RAD bolts as well for anything that uses the M14x1.5 bolts.
