Installed new bumper today
I check the DIY page, there isn't really a front bumper removal with detail pictures and instructions, so I just decide to take some pictures while I am at it.
1. remove the 3 hex screws

2. remove push pins that hold the inner fender

For the picture below, you only need to remove the middle push pin, not all 3

after you remove all the push pins, you can now remove the inner fender.
3. open the hood and remove the screws

4. remove the 2 hex screws by the fog lights, forgot to took pic on this, but it's very obvious, right by the fog lights.
5. disconnect all the lights (fog lights, side marker lights) and temp sensor probe.
6. remove the screws that holds the fender and the bumper together.

7. remove the 5-6 inch long clip that holds the bumper and fender together.

this is what the clip looks like after you remove it.

8. now you can remove the bumper, try to pull the bumper cover out as evenly as possible. When removing the bumper cover, there's a clip at the front of the fender that will pop out when you do this, make sure you don't scratch the fender/bumper with that metal clip.

This is what it looks like after you remove the bumper, note that the 2 red circles, that's where you screw those 2 screws by the fog lights in step 4. You might have to change the hanger to the ones that comes with your new bumper, since they have different length.
9. now you can do everything in reverse order and put your new bumper back on.
Here is couple pictures of what mine looks like after I complete it.

hope you guys enjoy it

oh yah, also I would recommand removing wheels before you do it, it'll save you more time and trouble when removing and installing bumper. I did not remove the wheels, so took me longer to do it.
I'm adding this to the DIY's up top!
