yes they are, they have a 50mm offset i believe and are 20/10.5 and i have a 295 in the rear right now which may be rubbing slightly when i hit bumps on highway....

fronts are 9

Great choice in wheels. Try 285 25 20 on the rear which is what I have, but still get a little scraping now and again over big dips but nothing worth worrying about.
