Aftermarket wheel Thread.
Car is a 2012 coupe with 19's. I have the option of spacers ( 12mm front and 10 mm rear ) or getting some after market wheels.
What I need to know please is what size wheels front and back do I need to get the same look but without spacers. Car is standard height at the moment. Plan is to fit H&R springs but not for a while yet.
Thanks in advance.
As I'm selling my 507 coupe to a friend shortly, I will pick up a W204 sedan (until the W205 coupe comes out of course) and this is the look I'll be going for. Simply stunning.

EDIT: Just saw your other pictures in your purchase thread. Congratulations man!

rolled my front fenders which helped a little. Paint cracked like crazy though did re-painted them. They are aluminum so they won't rust, going to work on them some more this weekend. as I really don't want to buy new tires again. but tires are cheaper than fenders.
what i don't understand is my 09 sedan i was running 19x8.5 +35 with a 245/35 and never had any rubbing.
haven't really got any good pictures of it yet because i've been pretty pissed off with it. (i know it's my fault but it's really not my 09 had a more aggressive setup with no rubbing). but here is one with it covered in filth and salt. it doesn't look like it should rub?

I found when the car is lowered it pushes the lower control arm out. This in turn causes the lower link to pull the strut forward. This means the tire is more likely to rub on the joint between the bumper and fender. I think some cars are more affected than others and the passengers side seems to be worse in this area than the driver's side. My passenger side tire rubbed on the fender/bumper joint and the driver's side tire rubbed on the fender liner behind the headlight when turning. I had to go back to 235s with a 5mm spacer and mine was pretty good. Still a snick now and then. I also hammered my fender lip as much as possible and trimmed the bumper lip and the joint between the fender/bumper. The end result for me was that the two tabs broke off the bumper and I could never get the fender/bumper to line up correctly again after that. I hope your car fares better as it got pretty frustrating for me.
Im running a 19x9.5 (could be 9
) up front and 19x10.5 in back. I believe that its 245/30/19 in front and I know its 275/30/19 in back. Not positive about the front width but I'll check when I'm home on Friday. I went through wheels boutique and they knew exactly what would fit and shipped them to me perfect and ready to bolt on.
