Nice, the MS109 will help a lot. So will the ice. You should put more distance between him as well if all the ice doesn't melt before you get to race. LOL

I've heard of some stockers dippin into the 10's, but alot of the guys at the track are running 11.7s

Does the MS109 deteriorate if you don't use it for a certain amount of time?
Found a 5gal canister in the garage while doing some cleaning but not sure how long it's been there.

Mate I have a lot of experience with supercharging factory original naturally aspirated motors.
Throw up the AFR read out from you most recent tune. Is your setup intercooled? If so, air to air or air to water? 300kph is speed, that has nothing to do with the blower getting hot, boost will make that happen. If you are not intercooled you get into a stupid circle of increasing boost (manifold pressure) which compresses air and increase your intake temps which reduces horsepower and makes the car pull timing. You need to find the sweet spot of lowest boost and maximum advance timing that makes the most power without knocking. Either cool the intake temp or increase octane in fuel to go past this point.
Secondly it really sounds like she is falling over in the high revs, it sounds like she is turning lean up top, this is most likely because both your injectors and fuel pumps are running at max duty cycle yet your car needs more because of the boost.
If you can throw up logs showing revs, injector duty cycle, boost, AFR, timing and intake temps ill have a look and also show a mate who is one of the foremost forced induction tuners in Australia.
At the very least I would be surprised if injectors and fuel pump with a decent fuel regulator was not an absolute must I
