MB Vancouver, Broadway is dead to me.
So long story but had my car in for service, when they pulled my car around front for me to pick up they drove over a large bolt ruining my rear tire. First they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires in my service report. My tires were at 60% so scam #1. A entire event happened to solve my tire problem. Eventually they barely satisfied me with buying some used tires for me. Which I arranged for them at a huge discount AND had them delivered from another member from this forum.
Here is where it gets good. Because they ruined my tire they gave me a courtesy car to drive home. Now I live (seriously) 3 BLOCKS away. Small city blocks too. I got in the car, started it and the low fuel light came on. I drove home and back to dealership the next day to pick up my car. Just checked my credit card statements and they charged my card $20 for gas!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family has 5 MB's and none of us will EVER go there again for anything, not even a light bulb. After a customer has a bad experience why do you (MB Vancouver) rub salt in the wounds by charging your customer $20 for $0.50 worth of gas at best. That's how you should treat customers. I can't wait for that customer survey they asked me to fill out 100% satisfied in all the questions. I probably would of until they did something so petty like what they did. Sorry MB Vancouver, I gave you the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time thing, but the one time thing turned into 4 things so our relationship and that with my family and any friends I know with MB (which is several) is now over.

In my experience, the fuel charge during service is for gassing up your car, not the loaner. If you show up with low fuel, they'll get gas for you because they need it to run their post service checks, which is like 30 mins of idling and a few km drive. They didn't really scam you, they just got $20 worth of gas for you.
If they charged you for gas on your loaner, then that's a scam lol.

This video is the same dealer btw. Not the most truthful dealer out there. This was one was quite a few years back. Hence the poor quality

Giving you used tires is ridiculous.

I can't believe this, Mercedes Vancouver should be held responsible for it's ethics, or lack of.

I dont know how it works up there in socialist canada
But definitely contact a regional manager. Show him the YT video as well.
There is no reason to be treated that way.
Look im in the banana republic and i get treated well at my dealership. It is unacceptable at all to be forced to buy used tires for a screw up they committed.

Well they now have at least 5 less customers to pay for it. My stolen $20 will pay for something there.
