just going to add my two cents that ipexmotoring also has them in smoked/clear with red/amber turn signals. you can't really go wrong with either supplier.

I got mine from ipexmotoring and one of them didn't work. The seller was amazing to deal with though refunded everything including return shipping. I was contemplating ordering another one when another friend had the same issue with his one light not working either. I just chalked it up to low quality or whatever and decided not to order them again. I do think about it every now and then as I really did like the look. What are my alternatives? Any links?

Yep. You find a rear SAM from a facelift car (doesn't have to be C63 but preferably), install and you are good to go! Now if the SAM comes from a less optioned car you might loose some functionality like heated seats or rear power sunshade. If you have access to star developer you could just code them back.
Or you buy a brand new SAM get it coded in a facelift car and then install it in your car. That option is the less economical.

You might not find it since it is a part number for european model. Bought mine off ebay!
Let me see if I can find the US part number.
