too much water dripping
just got the car serviced a day ago.. parked the car and noticed water dripping from the front (driver side).. car parked for about 8 hours and water is still dripping.
while this may be water from a/c condensation.. but this seems to be to much water (??)
anything/anywhere else to check?

I had my windshield pump go out on me recently and had a pool of liquid coming from the same area of the car as your picture, although mine was on a flat surface.
The windshield fluid pump went out and got it replaced under warranty.

What color is the fluid? If bluish and driver's side, it's probably washer bottle related. For me, it was a bad washer pump seal at the bottle.

can't tell what the color is.. but definitely water(y).. i mean not coolant as it doesnt smell anything (right?)
im worried that it was coolant.. drove the car, monitored water temp and seems steady at 197/200 range (for a 30 min drive at 100F outside temp traffic)
i'll check later if the windshield spray works (or if it has water, etc).. service B includes check/refill this..

Most likely your windshield washer reservoir. It can develop a leak partway down. It leaks like a pig when refilled. It stops leaking before it gets down to the low-level alarm point. If you are still under warranty, it's usually covered.

Most likely the washer fluid. I had this issue with mine but would only happen when I was topping it up. After a certain level it would stop dripping and I wouldn't get any errors saying it's low because it was most likely still not low enough to trigger the warning. Anyway got it fixed under warranty.

Mine was most definitely not a DIY as I had to take it to Mercedes. I assume they removed the bumper to get to the reservoir to do whatever they had to do.
