I have 30,000km on mine, it was getting daily drove for a bit, not so much anymore. I've taken it on 2000km road trips, no problems.
After that many kms, I've just had to change 4 pulleys, the tensioner and AC pulley were destroyed. It drives like a stock car till you get on the go pedal.
Very happy with the reliability and performance. Steve at Weistec has been a great help along the way answering questions, etc.

Touch wood I haven't had no problems with a stage 2 but can understand why the stage 3 would put more pressure on things
Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the stage 3 hold on

Sorry for the very basic question: Is the supercharger drive belt a separate belt from the one driving all other accessories like waterpump? Or are you stranded when it goes?
I used to have an aftermarket supercharged SLK, and there was not enough space to run a dedicated supercharger drive belt. I never left home without a spare, but changing it on the side of the road would have been a bear. Fortunately it never happened, but I only had the car for a year.

You probably a running one of the higher mile setups so it would be good to know what kind of support you got down the road if any.

Were those the stock MB plastic pulleys or the metal Weistec ones?

I bought 4 new pulleys from them. Will install it and all will be good. Looks like a wear and tear item from the extra tension and load on the belt from turning that big blower over for the last couple years.
ENV, stage 3 comes with all new billet aluminum pulleys, 8 rib.

I'm just installed the 2.3 yesterday on my E63 and noticed the two upper pulleys had too much play. I bought mine used from a member, but was a little surprised. He was unsure of the mileage on the kit, but everything else looks like new.

Yep two upper idlers were toast on mine, along with the AC and the tensioner was destroyed. Bearings gone and it was wearing into the tensioner itself. $1000 in new parts.

You have to pay to play. Considering taking a stock 280-300rwkw car, and turning it into a 460-480rwkw tire slaying monster, on a stock engine, minor wear and tear items like this is nothing. Go play with any other car and you will see that your wear and tear items will go up very very quickly.
I have 20 months with a Stage 2 supercharger on my daily, with a stock tranny and I have had no wear and tear items, no new belts, nothing. (touch wood)
