New XO Luxury Wheels!
Just had my new XO Luxury Wheels installed. Very happy with these. Specs:
20 x 8.5; 20 x10; et 33. Style: St. Thomas X250 brushed silver/chrome face. if anyone is interested I will be selling my OEM AMG Wheels with nearly new Continental Pro Contact tires. They are 19 x 8.5 (all four); et. 43. Pics coming soon. I also have OtisLA 20mm spacers and 65mm lugbolts. If interested pm me.

Thanks for the feedback. I think they are very subtle and compliment the lines of the car very well. They retain the classic "Mercedes" 5 spoke look with a subtle concave and chrome face. If my stock wheels had been 20's I would have kept them, but I thought the 19's were too small; 20's are perfect in my opinion. I didn't want the 22's due to ride quality issues.

What size tires are you running on the 20's?

I'm running 255/35 on the front and 285/30 on the rear. Continental EXT DWS tires. I wasn't sure about these (preferred Michelin PSS) but so far I'm quite happy with the grip and quiet ride of these tires. They are all season high performance tires, but in Southern California I don't anticipate much driving on ice/snow! I'm considering lowering the car with Ghostlinks lowering links. Any opinions on this plan?

I'm running Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 in the same size but on 19s (255/35-19 Front and 285/30-19 Rear). Tires provide excellent balance of ride / performance / noise / all weather! Def need all season tires in Virginia.
Sounds like a great plan on lowering links - your ride doesn't need much of a drop. Look forward to seeing pics.

RPR2, I have the same CL like you. Can we really stagger set our cars? MB says not to do that as the 4matic will get damaged? Please let me know. I'm getting the itch to purchase 20's and want to stagger the tires. BTW, I like your wheels. Makes the car look aggressive. Thank you.

You can, just follow the sizes on the new w222 S class, which comes staggered from factory on 4 matic.
@RPR2 - you still on here?

I'm still here! Benzolove, Jason B. is correct regarding running staggered set up. I have run staggered since I got my CL550 18 months ago. Front : 245/35/21 Rear: 285/30/21. No issues at all per 1010tires.com Check it out here:

Go for it!
