Forgot to mention that is has 35k miles, and is CPO'd until 2010. This warranty can be transferred if sold to a private party. New tires on 6 months ago, along with new brakes. Private message me if interested.

The way this vehicle is optioned and the amount of miles makes me believe that this was used as a livery vehicle and not for private use. Or, if it was owned privately, it was set up for the owner to have a driver.
Am I off on this? Not optioned the way I'd want, but to each his own.
Also, I find it amusing that it's titled " heavily optioned ". I can think of at least $10k more options that would then actually make it " heavily optioned ".

I'm not sure about the prior owner, but Steve may be right as it was optioned to make the rear seat passengers very comfortable and well equipped.
Here is the list of options on the car if anyone is interested. Sorry this took a while to list. I am asking around Mid-60's for the car, but it is negotiable if someone is serious. No accidents, no door dings, no curb rashes. Very nice car in great shape.
S550 4matic
Magnetite Black exterior/Black interior
20 inch 5 spoke optional wheel
Rear seat package
Premium package
Warmth and comfort package
Executive rear seat package
Executive rear seat package plus
Exclusive trim
Rear seat entertainment system
Heated and cooled seats front and rear
Upgraded Nappa leather
Power outboard rear seats with rear memory
CPO'd until 2019.

I agree re options. I always look at the buttons to the left of the steering wheel and this one only has 1. When I buy mine I want all 6!!!
On this one it does look like all the focus was on rear seat passengers.

6 buttons, ABC on the suspension button and tweeters that twist out when you start the car...

I would add the rear seat option with tables just because it looks nice

Why would an S Class be odd as a " Towncar " style commercial vehicle? Ever been to New York City? They abound there. I bet people use them as Uber vehicles as well.

Keep looking! I found that exact vehicle ( heads up display as well ). 2015, 21k miles, CPO in a beautiful green-brown-black metallic color ( Verde Brook ) for $50k off sticker price. Black leather interior with the black poplar wood, very low key and classy.

Steve,
Your right, these cars are a plenty in The big cities especially New York. These are often executives of companies who own these cars and employ drivers into New York. It's cheaper to have someone drive you then pay the parking. Ever try to pay for parking in NYC?
I believe the original owner of this car was just that...from NYC and this was a car he was driven in. If you have kids, or grandkids for that matter, that you could use a car to transport... this car is awesome.

My experience with S-Class limos is rather the opposite; more or less the basic interiors...
