02 S430 Tail light problem
I have a 02 S430. I had 2 malfuction code come up:
Right tail light
Rear fog light
I replace the bulbs myself and now I have two 3 malfuction codes
Right tail light
Left tail light
Rear fog light.
Can someone give me additional direction on what to check next before I have to take my care to the stealership for something really simple?
Thanks

And did you use they type of bulb called for, or its U.S. equivalent? Your tail, parking and rear driver side fog lamps call for P 21/4W. You can find U.S. equivalents at http://www.eautoworks.com/html/bulbS...CEDES~BENZ.htm.

I have the same problem and the dealer said it was corroded cables not sending the correct voltage, he recommended replacing the rear tail lights 500.00 a piece I am thinking of replacing them with http://www.ebay.com/itm/192105629631...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I had this happen on my left tail light and decided to clean the contacts in it which fixed the issue.
