SL/R230: Shardul belt wrap ?

Shardul belt wrap ?
So i bought my 03 SL55 about 9 months ago or so and the previous owner claims to have installed a Kleemann headers, high flow cats and lower pulley and ecu flash from them...Since then i only added K&N intake filters and changed the 19's to 20's so i could run 305 tires in the rear....I wanted to find out where people are getting the Shardul belt wrap kits ? I'm not savvy when it comes to the pulley sizes and what differences they make so would anyone know what size pulley the Kleemann would be and what the benefits of changing the rest of the pulleys with an aftermarket set would be and what difference it would make ?
Thank you ahead of time for the help and knowledge, I would like to learn a little more as far as what other mods i could make ....I plan on deleting my 2nd cats and resonators also for a better sound also
I was considering upgrading the IC pump since everyone says the stock is horrible but the Johnson pumps don't seem to last very long either, is there another choice that would be an upgrade but would be more reliable ?

Lot's of question here so I'll answer the ones I'm familiar with...
Belt wrap kit (BWK) is a new belt, a brace, and a pulley that gets relocated for more wrap on the supercharger (SC) pulley. You can buy it from Shardul who frequents the W211 forum. If you have any rubber belt dust around the top SC pulley, you probably need a BWK. Look at the bottom of the removable cover and around the SC pulley for black dust. I do have a BWK on my SL55, and a smaller SC pulley and ECU tune.
The stock pulley are a mix of metal and plastic pulleys. Some have had issues with exploding pulleys, so they fit the aluminum pulleys. I like replacing any pulley that is not 100% with a new one. They are all pretty cheap, except the tensioner, and some can have just the bearings replaced.
IC pumps - search for tests run on flow through the pumps under load. E55 group (W211) has a lot of chatter on this topic. I've found that the Bosch '010' pump has a lot more flow than the '002' pump, and life span seems to be longer for those that use it. It also has the advantage of plug and play, while the others need wiring and mounting changes. Both of my AMG's have the 010 pumps.
Chart attached for pulley influence on the SC, and pump flows. Note that the pump chart shows pressure at given flow rate (pump curve). Higher is better of course.

the kleemann is probably a 168mm crank pulley. I would not change anything with that. The belt wrap is a bit optional since you have a crank pulley upgrade instead of a supercharger pulley upgrade. Get rid of the K&N and go back to stock filters. The K&N don't filter nearly as well and you will end up with more dust/dirt in your engine with them. The filters and intake system are not the restriction on flow in the system, the throttle body is so using K&N filters that flow more (and capture less debris) will yield you little to no power gains. As kbob pointed out, just buy a bosch 010 pump (you can get them on amazon).

However, if you spin bearings faster with over/under sized pulleys, they will obviously have a shorter life. How much? Maybe 10-20% So instead of 100K miles they last 80K. No big deal.

Can someone explain to me what the larger /smaller pulleys do ? as far as how they increase power....This is my first time owning a Forced Induction car so i know nothing about this stuff...What are the most common pulley combo sizes and what is needed for these, since my upper pulley is stock but the lower pulley is aftermarket does this not need a tune ? Sorry for asking questions maybe you guys would consider common sense by now but since this is all new to me I'm clueless but would like to learn

crank pulley spins everything faster when it is larger, including the supercharger. when the supercharger spins faster it makes more boost, which makes more power. A smaller supercharger pulley also makes the supercharger spin faster, but not anything else. A belt wrap kit causes the belt to wrap around the supercharger pulley more and decrease the amount of slippage.

Attached file shows the available pulleys, and ratios for increased supercharger RPM.
The SC pulley is easy to replace, and does not cause more parasitic drag from other belt driven components.
The SC pulley can cause more slip, due to higher loads and less surface area for the belt to grip, so a belt wrap kit is recommended.
