A few new pics before/after of my SL55 engine bay and SC...
My SL55 has been out of commission about a month now, I've been adding a few power mods, new gaskets, new paint, etc, etc.
Got the spark plugs changed, and valve covers painted this weekend. Also got the lower crank pulley on, and the SC painted as well. Bigger injectors, with looped fuel rail, larger 82mm TB, 5 piece pulley set, and several other items.
First pic below is before I painted the valve covers. The rest are after, I'm doing pretty much everything in black. I decided to hold out on any brighter colors for now.

Could you put some more light over "5 piece pulley set" - I have some in aluminium but only three ....... the ones used on the SC serpentine belt .......

Finally got the SC back on this past week, and been getting the pulleys, belts, and oil catch can installed today.

larger crank pulley, smaller SC pulley, colder plugs, larger throttle body, looped fuel rail, bigger injectors, 5-piece pulley set, belt wrap kit, HE, split the cooling system, oil catch can, ecu & tcu tune. headers and wideband will be next.

the ones on youtube (2 of them that i know), and write up's here on the forum are for the E55's, and there cooling systems are slightly different then our SL's. there is another write up on the SL's and 2 other class's cooling system, but honestly it didn't really help me. i just pretty much research the forums, studied diagrams, and figured it out myself. it's an easy, but still somewhat PITA job, bleeding it can be a b!tch too.
