Drag Times: SL65 AMG Black Series VS Ferrari 458 Italia

Unlike most of these races, the cars here are stock, so this is a solid straight-line speed comparison between the two. That the race is so close is interesting for a few reasons. The SL65 AMG Black Series is a significantly heavier car, but it has about 100 horsepower over the Italia. It’s a shame the sound didn’t work on this video because the SL sounds amazing. The 458 is a good sounding car too, obviously, but there’s just no comparison to the thunder of an AMG V8.
