David Coulthard Catches Golf Ball in Speeding Mercedes

The Mercedes SLS now has the dubious honor of being the fastest car to catch a golf ball in motion. it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal but the actual trick is pretty cool.

Driving the black SLS is ex-formula 1 driver David Coulthard. To his credit, catching something a small and as fast as a golf ball must be incredibly difficult at 120mph. More impressive than that was that it only took them two attempts. You can see him crane his head back trying to get in position while maintaining the correct speed.

Truly, this is a stunt worthy of the Top Gear Test track.
