Up in Smoke with a RENNtech CLS63 AMG

Here’s a collection of photos that has me mistaking myself for one of the editors of High Times. There’s enough smoke in the above image to make Cheech & Chong blush.

If the first picture provokes sanguine cheeks, then this one (above) will make faces explode. There’s enough smoke here to hide the entire state of Rhode Island, but this photo shoot of “Adibaiz‘s” 2013 RENNtech Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG wasn’t only about producing columns of smoke that rival the Parthenon’s majesty, no. This shoot was about being badass. The location is an abandoned women’s prison. Need I tout the shoot’s “badassness” any further?

As for the car, yes, it’s badass, too. Six-hundred-nineteen horsepower and 699 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, which means it can crack off quarter-mile sprints in 11.17 seconds at 129.38 mph.

Bottom Line: A fantastic car unleashing its brutal power in a sensational location. I’ll call that a Photos of the Week trifecta.
