We Still Have Love for the C250

In the automotive industry, the W204 is “yesterday’s news,” as they say, but we still have a soft spot for the edgy looks that draped over every panel. In this gallery, brought to us by Jacob Pina Photo, this black on black C250 really looks the part. A good combination of subtle changes make the biggest difference.

This C250 clearly sits better than stock, and that’s due to H&R sport springs, which allow the car to hunker down on Nitto Envo tires that surround 20-inch rims. The visuals continue: darker tint compliments the car’s “oh-four-oh” black paint (you MB nerds will understand that one), while the the lighting outside of the car has been changed as well. Headlights, tail lights, and side markers are all Depo units. Out in front, the illuminated star — one of the coolest of all cool mods in my opinion — stands in the AMG style single fin grille.

The inside is where the most time is spent, so why not upgrade it? A JL Audio W6 12-inch sub backed up by a 750W amp of the same maker ensures the low tones present themselves, and a Naviks VIM system allows the screen to display more than just a map or your phonebook.

We often see the AMG versions around here, so it’s nice to see that the cars equipped with engines of slightly smaller capacity can still look just as great.
