Video Close-Up: Mercedes-AMG Engine Production

There’s something satisfying about seeing an AMG engine getting hand-built. It’s almost as satisfying as being around when your first-born child is being conceived. The AMG engine production video that is about to satisfy you reminds me of the Modern Family rerun I stumbled upon last night. It was the episode titled “Caught in the Act” when the Dunphy children catch their parents having sex. After being told by his older sisters what his parents were doing, the character Luke Dunphy, played by Nolan Gould, says, “Did you notice that dad had the same face as when he smells a new car?” What a testament to the effect cars have on us. Perhaps, then, it is likely this AMG engine production video will give you “the face”.
