.............I have the Henessey pulley in my G55 K4. latest dyno is 506HP and 531lbft of torque to the wheels. That adds up t 670HP and 706lbft of torque to the crank using a 25% drive train loss for big 4x4. The advantage of the Henessey pulley is that it is a larger pulley and generates higher boost. The pulley upgrade is not complicated and in my humble opinion no one company has a secret sauce. what is important is that you need a fulley dampened pulley so that your set up remains harmonically balanced.

The ASP pulley is a modified MB pulley and therefore has the damper. I read that that you used to be able to send your original pulley for a core credit but I don't know if they still do it.

The pulley is a modified stock pulley so it is harmonically balanced

It doesn't look as nice as the klee or renntech but it works great.

This is what you get for the ASP kit and the link is for the dyno.

.............The smaller pulley pictured above is a smaller waterpump pulley that is neccessary with the Hennessey and ASP pulleys because the larger diameter of those modified Crank shaft pullies cause them to rub against the stock water pump pulley when installed. It is not usually needed with the Kleemann and Renntech set up.

The asp pulleys use the existing belt. The smaller water pump pulley offsets the larger crank pulley.
I was going to do the before and after dyno on the same day. Would it be better to wait some after the install to let the car do its adjusting and if so, how long?

.............nothing special about the belts. At the time of install, you look to see if you need a slightly larger or smaller belt and you purchase that from your local auto parts store. Mine came from Discount auto parts. The pulley upgrade is a really a very simple mod. Not sure why it is shrouded in mystery and wonder.
