It was owned by my grandpa, he bought it directly from Lorinser, a Mercedes Tuner/Dealer.Since then, in June 1992 the car wasn´t modded.It was a "season" car (run only in summer) and then 10 years in a garage... then he gave the W201 to me ... now he is in my garage...

tec3 engine management with staged injectors
ported head with larger valves
o ringed head w/copper head gasket
J&E custom low compression pistons, eagle rods all bearings are coated and block has been bored 1 step up
custom sheet metal intake manifold with very large, i think 90mm throttle body
custom turbo manifold and all custom piping
hks wastegate w/greddy boost controller and
custom built aluminium high capacity radiator with electric fan
T3/T4 AR63 hybrid turbo from PTI
custom 3 inch exhaust from turbo all the way back to a magnaflow muffler
lightweight flywheel with stage 2 performance clutch
Im sure i missed sum stuff but you all get the idea

Hello all 201-fans, just became one myself in august 2008. The meter said 158.000 kms when I bought this as owner no. 3. Rare color and the front grill isn´t seen that much either ... more pictures may arrive. Planning to replace the grill as 4 of the upper bars behind the Star has broken since I took this picture. The interior and the steering wheel are going to be supplemented/replaced by more zebrano (as in the console), fenders in crome and a plate in crome to carry the registration plate as well. Small things, no pimping, just good looking! The inside is all black leather.

Im not one for telling stories without having proof but i cant resist telling this one, several months ago ...when it was nice out i was cruizing down I88 heading home when a newer model, 2006 or 2007 Zo6 blasts by me. I thougt what the hell so i floored it and turned up the boost by the time i caught him i was at full boost and blew past him it was freaking hilarious because he couldnt catch me. I slowed down and got next to him and we both hit it... needless to say he coulent keep up. I dont know how much HP those vetts make but id assume its close to what im doing BUT my car is ALOT lighter. After we were done he followed me off the expressway and pulled me over because he was so dumbfounded. after chatting for a while and seeing what my car was about he swallowed his pride and went on his merry way knowing he just got blown away by a 1986 4door mercedes with a 4cyl engine
