1988 190e 2.3 8v 5spd- manual trans
euro lights

where can i find the famous euro lights for my W201?? it needs a face lift lol... once i get them, if i find them can i just plug and play or would i need something else?? i found these online but i dont know if they would fit my 2.3

Head Lights - Mercedes Benz - 86-95 E-class W124

any feedback?? please

i think they look too rice... get some depos.

Some of those brands do not have the vacuum adjusters, if that's important to you.

are those depo's have the yellow fog lights? or would they be white?

what is the difference with them from the OEM's

The fog lights were white on all three Euro headlight sets I've bought.

The Depos you see offered on eBay (and elsewhere) are decent units but the quality isn't the same as the Hella or Bosch OEM units. When you compare the price of the Depos with the $550 or so a set of Bosch units will cost, the Depos look pretty good.

question about the depos. i have a rock chip in one, can i buy just one from a retailer (not ebay) since most aftermarket lights here in houston are depo. or do you guys think they can get them in the state?

While it may be possible, it depends on what your local parts warehouse stocks. Depo and other aftermarket part makers cater to the bodyshop industry, providing cheaper trim and lighting parts for collision repairs. As a result, you'll find that local warehouses will stock the parts for cars sold in North America, not the european versions.
