On my 84 190E, she has the mono wiper that has the large 20 inch blade and a small blade, I think it might be the same size as the headlight blade. Can anyone confirm, also how to I remove to replace it and where to find one? Sadly my Mercedes Doctor passed away so no I have no one to ask where I live.

Oddly, the usual online stores do not sell your short blade. I checked autohausaz, fcpeuro, pelican parts.
Your best bet is to stop by the reno mercedes dealership and source it there or at least get the part number from them.
Other option is to just swap the 20inch + 4 inch blade to the standard 24" blade but that may require a different arm.
A 4" wiper on a 40+ year old car could be a tough find. If the blade is disintegrating, you need to find some solution before there's only the metal holder left, which will scratch your glass. Maybe you could replace the 4" arm with a rear wiper arm that takes a stubby 8" to 9" blade, or a headlight wiper arm and blade. Or, perhaps you could fashion just a rubber blade refill from a larger blade. Or, just remove it altogether unless it's really imperative to vision.
You must have a very early production car because neither my 1986 or my current 1991 have that 4 inch wiper. Your best bet might be to check with the MB Classic Center since they would be more likely to have the 4 inch rubber and the blade that you're looking for than the typical MB dealership.
As streborx said above, I cut a long rubber refill blade to 4" length and insert it into the metal holder.
The OP stated the car is a 1984 which is early production. In the USA, the 84 and 85 cars got the two blade setup, and 86 on got the extending one blade wiper arm.
