Mercedes A45 AMG
Unhappy Noise from my A45
Hi everyone,

I'm seeking help - Why does my A45 sound like this? I can hear it, when it is parked and idle. When I press the gas pedal it goes away.

Mmh, never heard that before, sorry man. Maybe something wrong with the blow off.
What‘s about the power, does it drives normal?

Yes, everything seems fine and no warning lights.
Ecco mode working, stops when Holding for red.
Auto Sport mode working, shift gear correctly
Manual Sport plus working, launch control OK.

Power seems fine.

So I wonder what can make this sounds :S

It’s a sound I would here on an older car upon start up.
once the car is warmed it goes away.

But it starts when the car is getting warm - Nothing to begin with

maybe open the hood and give a location

front or back of engine compartment

If I sit in the car it comes from the right side of the enigne.

That's a pulley/tensioner noise.....no biggie to fix
