To install the fixed wing, how did you disable the rear movable wing without the computer throwing an alarm?

Just removed the 2 brackets that go up and down. Motor is still hooked up and rotates as it's told to but nothing happens since brackets are gone. No warning on dash

I did not think of that - genius. The moveable wing stays down securely without brackets?

it does because the wing is mounted with the oem wing sandwiched between.

Correct. If you want to go back to stock you either repair the 4 holes in the fiberglass oem wing or buy a new one that's painted for 600$
