Exhaust Flaps Burned out

Took my car to the dealer this week because pesky check engine light that will keep popping back up after clearing, anyway car running strong but the light got the best out of my OCD.
I have the RT EVM, RaceChip Tuner and XLR, the stealer is telling me the exhaust flap actuators are burned, and been difficult because the RT EVM is installed, for the record the codes that I was seeing on the ODB scanner were U02C7 and U02C8 after taken it to the dealer a new code shows as P13C2

I removed the EVM, Racechip tuner and XLR still getting the code, I have the car on the lift and will remove the flaps in the morning but like to hear any suggestions.

Dealer wants 3k to replace both actuators , still fighting with them on this , I can buy both actuators for 530 new, and installation is super easy

TIA

Interesting --- Im not sure how the RT VC could burn it out as it just leaves them open the whole time.

I dont ever close my valves. Its always on now.

I never did close mine since installation, I disconnected the RT module and took it for a long drive yestaerday, Check Engine Light remained on yesterday but this morning is gone and been driving all day, I will connect the RT again tomorrow and see what happens

I did forget to mention that this happened after my freaking battery die like completely out of juice because it sat for about a month, and the check engine light came on after fully recharging the battery and starting the car, usually that goes away after a few days but in this case it was over a week and the light was still on.

So maybe the codes needed to clear

While on the process of researching the issue I came across this connectors use to delete the flaps, I talked to the guy that makes them and he told me that the C63 uses the same actuators/part number as our cars so I will try those tomorrow as well and see if I get any error codes, maybe a cheaper way to keep the flaps open.

Not an expert so entirely up to you, that said the RT and Dummy connectors accomplish the same thing, I'm selling my RT EVM and sticking to the connectors , only difference is the remote on the RT where you can open and close at will.
