GT/C192/R192: Traded My RS5 Competition for an AMG GT63 Pro 😬

Beautiful!! Congratulations!
I am also interested in aftermarket exhaust that can make the car louder. I have the Renntech EVM and doesn’t do much for me.
Any modifications to the original exhaust to increase sound is also welcome.
Members please dont quote with pictures LOL--- its far too much scrolling but amazing car.
As for exhaust- Im assuming its the same as our 55/63's... very very limited options. RT and the aforementioned Capristo... but they have cans and the cans really suck up the sound of the M177 and there is no center resonator to pull only dp's which will cause a CEL.
I pulled my entire rear can section out post valves (no error codes) and have the RT valve control so its always open- still not super loud.
Here is what I did--- slightly chico and the man but reversable and louder with pops, bangs, and un poquito mas roarrrrrr
anyway to get a sound clip of this set up? How much louder is it compared to original? 20/30/40% more? I am good with the original pop and bangs but not with the roar at the time of acceleration.
also, you mine asking how much did it cost? I already have the EVM from RT installed.

gracias
I dont have a video but I think this mod (non empirical of course) got me about 20 to 30% more roar as the OEM mufflers with the valves open are pretty free flowing but still semi restrictive. Thats why I dont think any aftermarket muffler system will be good enough for those of us who like NOISE.
A good muffler shop can cut and weld for around 250-300 bucks- its that easy if they are good. Another thing is having the valve controller as the oem valves are still not always open even in the sportier modes (at lower rpms). So you will get some nice roar and it will be that way as you cruise too.

thanks, I am assuming you saying 20-30% more compared to the open valves open with the Renntech exhaust valve module?
Can you point in your picture where are the valves located? As I understand it, you remove the muffler, so if the valves are closer to the opening of the exhaust they are I touched as well as the EVM?

The exhaust change I did in the picture is the lighter silver steel... the valves are still connected post mod on the outter pipe. (see red arrow)
As for my 20% gauge- that was pre EVM install so with EVM you will get more love thru all rpms IMHO.
