Joining the GT Club
After lurking here on the GT/GTS board for a while I finally pulled the trigger on this new GT. I learned quite bit from you guys which helped me to make my decision. This car is close the build order that was ready to submit but I could not deal with the wait after I was told the build start would not be until February with a May completion. Haven't had a chance to drive the car much but I'm very excited. Looking forward to working with the car and doing some serious driving.
Does Mercedes build in any other color than black?!??
My GT S is black too, only because like you, I didn't want to wait for a custom build. You're going to like the car. It's an outstanding effort by AMG. A true sports car. Something they've never previously built.
Congrats. You will love it. Hell of an upgrade over the W204 C63. I had the same car and had a CLS63 in between lol. You are a smart man by keeping your car longer than 4 years.

I know-all of my Mercs have been black except the W204. My build had Selenite Gray just to mix it up-- but had to pull the trigger, life is short. Waiting until May would have had me thinking about wanting a 2018...
