This maybe true for the USA, but I can get this now in Germany and The Netherlands.

The CLK Ipod kits are already available for more then a month in europe...we sell these kits for 250USD incl. shipping to the US, canada (and australia)...the kitis only compatible with the modelupdated (2004+) CLKs (and C-classes).

Yep, seems like a perfect reason on why folks like MbenzNL and others can really help us out. MBUSA has similar stupid choices and want customers in those respective countries to "cope with it, after all, we decide what options you really need.

Cost me $300.00 @ Key's European. I had a $200 credit there other wise I would have ordered it from "MBenzNL" . I like the kit, just am having one issue with the phone buttons which are used to make menu selections. When ever I press it, it says not available. Is this because I had the phone menu disabled?

Do you guys know that your dvd navi system will play mp3 cds and dvds? That's 4.7 GB of music for a lot less.

4.7 GB of mp3's, yeah that would be nice. I wouldn't of installed the ipod kit if I had the navi system.
