Dension Support.....Anyone have any luck resolving issues?
Here is a copy and paste from their online support with my last incident
Update past 2.06
ID: JOU-68214-450
Status: on hold
Priority: unassigned
Opened: Fri May 27 2005 05:05PM
Last Msg: Thu Jun 23 2005 04:59PM
Due: Fri Jun 3 2005 05:05PM
I wonder what to expect on another incident I reported. I paid over $400
for the device and can't get support Anyone else in the same spot?

Calling Dension Support was a waste of time. No live person to take the call and
I was forced to leave a message. One week later to no return call. The support
ticket (by their system was due 8/2/05) and it's still not responded to. My lesson learned is to call support before you buy the product.

Bob: Keep calling if you can, you will get through when the timing is right and someone actually picks up the phone. I also tried opting for the sales line and then getting transfered to tech support, or have the guy actually track down the person in tech support. good luck

adapter piece to get hot and nothing to worry about as their tests test it
over 100 df hotter that what is shipped and the covering material holds up.
