I bought a unit for my Audi and find that the best way of resolving issues is to call them.

Would you have a number for them? All I have is an e-mail address and support
links. Thanks.

Hope you have better luck than me. I ended up sending back my unit to logjam b/c of total lack of support by Dension. Call tech support at 866-822-3673.

Calling Dension Support was a waste of time. No live person to take the call and
I was forced to leave a message. One week later to no return call. The support
ticket (by their system was due 8/2/05) and it's still not responded to. My lesson learned is to call support before you buy the product.

Bob: Keep calling if you can, you will get through when the timing is right and someone actually picks up the phone. I also tried opting for the sales line and then getting transfered to tech support, or have the guy actually track down the person in tech support. good luck

I got someone one the phone today and they said it's normal for that little
adapter piece to get hot and nothing to worry about as their tests test it
over 100 df hotter that what is shipped and the covering material holds up.
