Greetings, Chem!
Here is the problem. The map you need is a file merge of the E-Class map and some other Euro map which may boot the Navigation. Thus it is rather inconvenient unless you are familiar with the operational details of how to make this possible.
We know; we have tried it ourselves.

Greetings, Chem!
Take the C-Class Euro map DVD and take the E-Class USA DVD.
Move the files from the Euro version into a folder. Then look at the file names of the DVD from the Euro version.
There will be a bootloader application on the C-class DVD.
Move the E-class files into a different folder.
Examine the details of both folders. The file names and the file sizes are very important. The files which are the same function have a similar size and similar naming but never the same. To make that you have to do it yourself.
Now rename the E-Class FILES into the same names as the C-Class names. Do not modify the bootloader name.
Merge the files over to the C-Class folder. Copy over the top of the old Euro maps.
Dump the E-Class bootloader
Burn the combination files into a new DVD and hope that it works in the navigation. It might not ! But if the DVD is readable then it will work but have you no places of interest.
I am not aware of which USA origin disks can be used in this. All you need is an original map of some kind FOR THE EURO version and the map switch usually works fine.
