How do I remove the C1 connector from the COMAND unit?

It is the little connector that has 2 wires on the back of my comand 2.0. I was able to pull out every other connector but this. Do I need a special tool? Squeezing and trying to pull doesn't seem to work.

Thanks,

Are you referring to the fiber optic connector with 2 orange wires or the 8 pin connector block with 2 wires on it?

It doesn't for me - I am afraid I may break it if I pull hard. I tried squeezing every possible side but no results. What ma I missing?

I can normally get these out by hand with a lot of wiggling, or once, I needed gentle pressure from a screwdriver.

They are tight though !!
