Radar detector in rear view mirror??

Hey Guys,

Im looking for stealth radar detectors. I heard you can get Passport/Escort display in the rearview mirror?? I have an Escort SRX in one of my cars , but like the idea of the display in rear view mirror. Thanks

Kinda defeats the purpose of a hidden display but it sure looks cool!


..........confused. Maybe I misunderstood your response. If you don't want to see the display I guess you can hide it in your glove compartment or better still you can place it under the carpet so that when you hear a radar signal, you can stop, open you glove compartment or maybe remove your carpet and see if if the signal is X, K, or Ka. The whole idea behind having a stealth detector is so that the detector itself is not visible but just the display is visible.
