NTG 2.5 Hard Drive Size
I have a W211 2003 with the standard tape deck (is it considered audio 20?). I wanted to upgrade to a Navigation system and was wondering what size Hard drive is in the New NTG 2.5 system and if it had bluetooth. Another question is if anybody has figured out for sure if it will be plug and play? Should I just try to get a Euro Comand and call it a day?

Considering the HDD, most of it is reserved for navigation maps, only a limited space for music. But it has an SD memory card slot anyway.
I guess your head unit is the US Audio 50? In any case if it has a cassette player, it would not be a simple plug-and-play.
It would have BT

You should read this thread.
It will probably answer your questions about going to the new COMAND.

I have a 2003 w211 too. It has the cassette with single CD player. No disc changer, no HK sound, no telephone, nothing. The simplest ever I guess. What wiring are needed to install the NTG2.5? I dont need the NAV so i dont need the AGW right?

Your car is not the simplest one for NTG2.5 retrofit, it has a cassette player and it has an AGW at the trunk then (tuner, amplifier etc. at the trunk).
You should be able to use the same retrofit harness as for Comand (NTG1).
