It'll fit, but you'll have to redo all the wiring in your car and buy a faceplate. I've been looking into a double din install also. There are a lot of forums around that show their double din installs. With the cost of this investment, it's hard settling on a HU.

for the price you cant go wrong, it has everything you would want in a HU. Install should be no biggie because i had a pioneer avic in my 01 clk and the install was done in less than an hour.

What I wana do is to replace the whole system...probaly get rid of CD changer and the stock bose amps then get a new aftermarket sub and the amp too. I came to the audio shop locally one time and the guy told me that the Double Din will not fit my CLK ..he said if I want it I have to custom and sh**t like that I was like wtf r u kidding me? lolz. so yea I just walked out after he said that. I need to find me a new professional audio shop .

Ya I just bought one for $345. and an Ipod cable for $30. Im excited about it. I got it mostly for its ability to show ipod video and for my new sound system. I hope to have pics up of it soon. I tried to get it installed today but they wanted 750.
