I just got an 06 R 350 that I think should have the Sirius reciever in. The original owner put the window sticker in the owners manual and listed under the options is Sirius radio but when I push the Sat button on the COMAND I do not get an ENS. How can I tell if the reciever is still in the car?

if you get a no sat radio present message than you need the module...
