I'd think any car that has a the ability to have a Media Interface..

 

As far as I know 518 (Universal communications interface) is only available with 2010+ models.

I have the media interface plus installed in my C63, and it works like a charm, once you get everything sync up. My contacts now appear in the COMAND and cluster, I couldn't be happier. This is a feature that Mercedes has been lacking, I'm glad that they finally covered their short fall. Coming in January, their is a software upgrade that will be introduce text and emails, please ensure that you get that.

 

Is it possible to retrofit this in a 2004 W211? I saw the pdf and it starts with MY09 but I was wondering if it would still be possible.

 

I do not have a multimedia package but I do have an iPod Integration Kit: will it work with Media Interface Plus?

 

I have the ipod integration kit in my car too.

 

Anyone have with S class? 10-13?
