ViseeO MB-2 bluetooth pung experience..
I'm in the market for a bluetooth pung for my E-350. Does anyone have previous experience with this one? Some hints before invest some money or differnce between this and the original Mercedes...?? There is a couple for sale in the classified section but all are MB, non on Ebay so I want to hear from others

Don't buy the viseeo
Buy the Mercedes bluetooth adaptor. I bought a Viseeo MB-2 and am not at all happy. It never really worked right, I sent it back to the dealer, and while they were doing a program update they said the software corrupted, now it doesn't work at all. The dealer and Viseeo don't stand behind it.

Viseeo MB-2
Thank you, I bought the MB-2 from Cartronics, It started giving me trouble from the start, I called Cartronics many times and was told the problem was my phone, LG env3, Cartronics said that phone, and I quote " was giving every car company fits" since that was the only phone I had I stopped using the MB-2. It connects fine, pairs and downloads the contact list, no problem, after a few minutes on the call, the person on the other end can;'t hear me, I hear them fine, they can't hear me. I have to disconnect, if I re-call the same thing happens, It never happened while on my bluetooth earpiece. I finally got another phone, and tried the MB-2 again, using a Driod this time, same result. Called Cartronics and told it is still happening with a different phone. Cartronics told me to send it back, they will check programing, I sent it back. Now get a call telling me that while they were running a update the MB-2 froze, and it now has corrupted software, wont do anything. They say it probably was defective from the begining. Viseeo will replace it if I bought it withen the one year. I moved from NJ in August, to Fort Lauderdale, and have no Ideal where the reciept is, I can guess my Ex. has it in NJ, put it on her Credit Card, can't ask for for any help from her though. I can;t understand why the software can't be updated, The unit is like brand new.

I have a Viseeo MB2. Nokia E72
Although the other party can hear me they often say the volume is low. The microphone on the unit is set at max. Volume is fine at my end and I can adjust it from the steering wheel controls. Is there a way to increase the volume for the other party. I have a Viseeo MB2.

There is only one way to adjust it - on the unit. If it is all the way up, it could be the unit, the phone or the car. First, try another phone and see if the problem persists. If it does - flash it.

Not sure if you wrote to Viseeo.com (not Viseeo.us) directly, but I just heard from Mark today at Triamp (the manufacturer, which is Viseeo.com). He asked me for your serial number, so fingers crossed, they are going to replace it. I am waiting for his response now.
