more pics. I used the MB V60 phone and an aftermarket V60 kit. The sttereo mutes automatically when you get a call or make a call. The V60 has a voice dial feature. Unlike Comand, the voice dial feature is for pre-recorded enteries in the phone book.

The unit I used is a ROSEN 9690. It has TV,DVD, CD, MP3, Am/FM, Nav, and an Auxillary A/V input. A push motton controller allws the screen to angle outwards as shown, allowind CD, DVD or MP3 recorded on DVd to be slid into the slot.

To the right of the phone is a radio shack A/V controller with switches. 4 A/V inputs can be connected to the controller with a single A/V output that goes to the Rosen unit. Yes PS2 can be connected easily this way.

Trunk mounted !0 disc DVD,CD,MP3 player on the left. And Pioneer DVD Nav unit to the right. Pioneer unit was chosen over Alpine because you still get the entire country in one DVD disc , but with the Pioneer you also get voice entry of addresses.

...........Will post pics of passport radar jammer integrated into rear view mirror as well as remote car starter tomorrow. Entire project has taken a year to complete and involved a lot of custiom work. I hope you like. Next move is a mosselman turbo. Talking to Donnie(benzmac) at MBautowerks on the turbo system.

..........The problem is that it requires extensive custom modification of the dash.

Nice Work!
Hey , how did you fit a Dual-DIN chassis into the dash??

Really clean work you have, most of the time such mod is not about money (well, we can tell that you spend quite an amount too!!), but about workmanship and planing & attention to details.
More photos?

Any photo on your rear camera?
Are your rear TV activiated by the transmission "R"??

Keep up

Wow - very impressive setup.

Is that screen a touchscreen? I'm tring to find a head unit just like that for the new Kenwood DVD nav system that allows touchscreen...

thanks,

...............Thanks for all the compliments. Sorry I have not posted pics of the camera itself and the radar jammer as promised. Things are crazy this week. I will be able to post those pics over the weekend. The screen is not a touch screen in that it the controls are not on the LCD display itself. But it has controls at its edges that allows for control of everything including the trunk mounted changer.
