Hey Steve What happened to my 16/9 command swap? I had to write to your main address and a lady I guess that works for you, wrote me back saying you couldn't do my install because you needed to exchange some parts to make it work, and that you would do it on your next trip to Southern Cali... Do you have any Idea when that might be? Thank you Sean.....

put me down for a comand in my w208. i live in staten island, 15 minutes away from manhattan and steve can crash in my extra room if he wants.

additionally my family has a construction company (really architectural metals and glass) and we have a pretty big garage for all of our trucks if he wants to do the installs there.

staten island is centrally located for the 5 boros and new jersey.

Hi, Steve. Wanted to see if you're still planning an East Coast trip in June and if so, have you worked out the dates you'll be here? Please let us know as it seems there is quite a lot of interest in your visit.

Also, I received an email response from someone who is apparently working for you, and the email said the you do not work on Commands for R230 SL's. Is that correct? I have a 2004 SL and was hoping you could do some Command/TV mods for me. Please let me know.

Hey, can anyone tell me if I can still use my steering wheel controls if Steve does a command install. I really want a command with DVD but still want to be able to use my controls in the steering wheels. Thanks for the help.

...as my next US trip is aproaching, I would really apreciate some feedback (either confirmed or just a no-thanks) of those who have been asking for installs on the eastcoast as I will have to order my plane tickets asap...

I had a number of requests from Florida but up to now - only ONE confirmed making it rather uninteresting for me to go there...

Please do not place your order in on the last minute like people did the last 2 times I came to the eastcoast - that will make plannming the trip and shipping the parts impossible.

As for the W211 comands I do have a limitted number of eurospec comands with DVD playback in motion and MP3 compatible.
I also have navigation drives to install in 2004 US spec 211s that already come with the comand headunit but don't have the nav drive yet...
In addition to the above, I also have a number of CD changers in stock for the W211...and some for the W203/209...

No exact dates, yet, like Steve said... He will be in Florida and the East coast during the last 3 weeks of July, then move on to St. Louis and Chicago...

Due to the fact that Steve will be in London early July, he won't be in the States on July 6, so don't worry...

Both Baltimore and Washington are on his install list. Don't know, however, if Steve will drive to all these different places, or will settle down in a central city so people have to go and see him to do the installs. But, since he decided to travel by car from Florida to the East Coast, it could be possible that he will go to both cities...

(1) w211

also need some other like folding mirrors, etc on both cars.

like i said in previous posts, steve can stay at my place in staten island and can do installs at my companies garage. staten island in centrally located for all 5 boros and new jersey.

I'm interested

I live in jersey and want the COMAND install... but i have some specific questions for steve or anyeone who can answer....

I'd like to know if it is possible to install a US spec COMAND from W210 into a W163 and still get a rear camera view to be displayed on the COMAND w/o having to get a TV tuner. I'm not interested in watching TV... Just DVD's and rear camera.
