Looking for a CCF file from COMAND remote

Looking for a CCF file from COMAND remote
I founds threads where a CCF file for A220 820 28 89 remote was kicked around but never posted anywhere. There is also a newer version of the remote that looks like a flip phone. That one would be ideal.
CCF files are used in Philips Pronto programmable remotes.

I was unable to obtain the CCF file and purchased the original remote instead.
