They sold me a rental without telling me.

They sold me a rental without telling me.
As I drove my E350 off the month last month, the brakes were squeaking. Since then, it's been in service to remove squeak noise 4 times. Finally they decided to change brake pads at their expense, originally telling me it's my problem. Now they say they forgot to have me sign some disclosures stating I knew I purchased a prior rental. Anyone heard of legal action regarding this. I live in California and have heard auto fraud / lemon law.

I was thinking the same...

This happen to a friend of mine couple months ago. She sued them.

Not MB it was another Co. (Ford)

OMG! That's really sucks. I dont think you can file lemon law for this matter.

Hell no.
Of course I didn't sign the papers. I've brought all of my paperwork to the lawyer's office. Did your friend who sued Ford get a free car?

carfax does not show it as ex-rental?
Argghh .... That's a bad surprise, sorry to hear that!
Did it not show up in the carfax report prior to the purchase?

I'll respond as soon as my case is settled. Don't want any of this to ruin my case.

Threaten to sue. They may just give you a "great" deal
on a new car as part of the settlement.
