Do Not Do Business With LENSOLO!
He's been claiming to do carbon fiber work on another MB forum and I and some other members have sent parts to him to have wrapped and he has produced nothing!! His quality of work is acceptable to say the least for those who actually received some of their stuff back. I sent him my part in May and have not received anything nor the money he said he would refund. Hope nobody else here is in the same boat as I am.

He told me 3 weeks!! I have not received my part as of yet and it's been since May. He also has failed to come through with a few other members and I found out one of them has been waiting over 2 years and he owes another an excessive amount of $ and he is pursuing legal action now.

I am in the same boat as you. I have been waiting since July and havent gotten any pics of my items or even a reply to emails unless its a threatening one. I have started a paypal dispute against him since he has my brand new parts and $350 of my money. I sent him my C32 airbox covers and also the front cover for the intake to get done and tick tock goes the clock with no type of progress.

The only issue with paypal is that after 45 days of the transaction you cant file a complaint that they investigate. I tried and my case was closed the day I opened it and recieved a email from them saying to contact the seller to find a resolution. Its kind of hard to do that when he doesnt write back to any of your emails. Over at myMBonline there are a few other people who got screwed over by Lensolo and some are taking legal action.
Wait a minute, I just now finally got an email back from him after the 3 emails I sent him threatening to take legal action and get my parts and money back and he said he is looking to ship my parts by the end of this week. I hope this isnt another lie on his part. Never again!! I am only dealing with tuning shops now and not depend on someone I only know from a forum.

I foyu push Paypal hard enough-they'll work for you-check my thread about gman-I won the Paypal dispute, lost the CC dispute that PP was "nice enough" to arbitrate for me-then I got pissed when I lost that, closed the account-then got the refund check.
If you're not too far out for a drive-I'd def grab a friend and see was up with your parts.

Let me know how and where to file the forms for legal action. I'm sure whatever court might take notice if 3 or 4 people file against this guy at the same time.
Len's website and ads were created in May 2009. I think most people that got ripped off are within a couple months after that. There are a few people here and a couple on mymbonline and probably a few other random ones. He had a craigslist ad also.
Paypal doesnt do ****. They ruled in favor and closed the case. They didnt do anything afterwards. Paypal is a joke. I've been ripped off as a buyer and seller.
You guys can PM me if you have some ideas. I'm down for it.

Well does anyone know where he lives? Or a phone number to reach him at? The only contact I have with him is email which is hit or miss with him. Personally I would rather work things out myself without a courts help, but thats just me. I wouldnt mind scaring him into giving my stuff back by showing up at his door with a few friends. I would get my parts and everyone elses back and ship them out. But I will most likely just talk to the legal guys who work on base with me and see what I can do so I dont end up with an assault charge on me. I will keep you posted.

No updates on my side either but he def has been throwing out promises he cant stand by. When I get back to Cali I plan on driving to his place and giving him a piece of my mind. This is just rediculous!

I have also been scammed by Leonard Carson. He is currently promising to return the items I sent to him to be carbon fibered ( I'm in Australia and it's taken 2 years now ).
He recently responded to my e-mails as if I informed him if I don't receive my W202 interior pieces I will be contacting the police / local authorities and pursuing legal action.

Other than a slow small claims court process, what else can be done? With all the people he owes money to, I doubt he can pay anyone back. Sucks that scamming people is so easy. All his homies are the moderators on mymbonline. He's probably scamming under a new name there.

He still has the same number and email address so if he is under a new name and scams anyone else its there own fault for not realizing it was still him. He has been emailing me back though lately and apologizing non-stop since I want my money back and my parts back stripped of whatever he has attempted to do to them. If only where he lived wasnt 5hrs away I would drive to his place and then discuss business.

Update....
I called him and he didnt answer so I left a voicemail and he called me back later on in the day and we talked and came to an agreement. He has finished some of my parts and he is mailing them out to me tomorrow. I am going to call him again on Sunday to get the shipping info from him. He is also going to send me a check to compensate for the unsinished parts. He seems like a nice guy he was just buried by everyones orders. He bit off more than he can chew. Give him a call guys and see what he can do for you.
