You have issues with memory retention but it doesn't surprise me judging how you handled this.
It s was easy all you needed to say was Mike I got a higher offer I'd like to extend you the offer to match or beat it since I promised you the filters. Can you match or beat $XXX I WOULD HAVE SAID YES OR NO THANK YOU.
