Do not buy from COEHS85
Seller agreeded to sell K&N's for C63 at $37.50. Sent paypal and DEAL was DONE. Day later backed out and said someone offered more $ "Sorry Man".
The Deal was done. His word means nothing. Will back out if he gets more $$$.
Beware and dont buy from him.

Well I am confused.
Seller just said " you didn't respond in time " and now is like " you sound like a 5 year old ". Basically you admit that you sold it to another person with bigger offer. I think your in the wrong if payment was already made by the buyer. If he said he was going to buy and never did then yes, seller has every right to sell to someone else.

I never got a payment from mike. I never got a PM in a timely manner and someone else jumped on the item. And then realized i got his PM just this.morning with his cell phone information. And item was already sold. Dude i dont know why you are.making this into such a big deal. Its first come first serve especially when someone offers more money and i already took over $70 loss on 3 month old item.

He never sent the pics I asked. I sent him my # ASAP for the pics. Waited and went to bed woke up today and got his email saying he got more money after he agree dead to sell the pm to me.

Well then I agree with seller. I don't wait around for people to pay. Some people want pics, some don't. Usually I sell to people who pay first regardless of someone has "dibs". I agree to sell my CLS reps for $450 to a buyer on here and he didn't reply and someone jumped in and bought them for $455. Doesn't make me look bad cause other buyer who had "dibs" knew there are other people interested.

No its not because of this. I never received your cell number until this morning at 8:03 am. I will send you the snapshot of it when i get off work. Dont blame me because your original message delivered. I had no intesnion on screwing you over. And least im being honest and resolving this by replying to you. I never got your message, someone else made an offer and sent money in a minute. Therefore it got sold to that person..i wake up this morning and i get your message then. So i responded to you appologizing that it was sold. Sorry there was a mix up in this but you cant hold me against this when clearly there was a network error involved.

The right thing to do was "hey mike you agree to buy it" I got a higher offer I would like to give you the option to match it since you agreed to buy it. You lack a lot sir. Enjoy the 5 extra buck and get yourself a happy meal
