Ive been on this forum for sometime now. I have bumped heads with some real bull****ters. I think its unfair for just the seller to be scrutinized. Time is money and when you dick around it pisses people off.


!! TheVazha !! Requested paypal info. Dragged on for weeks with promise of payment. Told me his face is on billboards all over L.A. I should trust him. Send him a part he'll install and test it. Said he would pay after. Obviously that wasnt going to happen. When he finally agreed to pay upfront I waited weeks. For a promised payment that never came. It was always today or tomorrow. Ended up never happening. Item was sold to another member with no regrets.

!! viren.89 !! Requested paypal info promising payment waited weeks. Answered every question. Even spent sometime researching info. Only promise of payment. Ended up selling item to another member because payment never came.

!! JasonOFranklin !! Been two weeks. Still no payment. He said payment would be in this afternoon. Another promise to pay that wasted time and effort.


Guys keep in mind. I go through a bit of trouble to take pictures and pull parts. Time is money and when I give my word on holding a part Im doing you a favor. Whats a mans word worth these days? There was a time when you could seal a deal with just a handshake.

Sellers remember paypal is a buyers service. They do nothing for us. They just collect fees off our efforts. If a package gets to a customer and he doesnt sign for it. He can claim he never got it and the seller bites the bullet. If you sell a part and the guy decides to swap his broken part for your working part. He files a claim with paypal and again we eat the bullet. All these things have happened.

HAAAAAAAAAAA! I have never had to defend myself on any board or forum. As my first ever "rude" post, I would like to tell you sir that you are a complete tool. You know why too.

If you need me to spell it out in messages between us I will but if you READ back through our correspondence you may see why I would NEVER do business with someone like you. I have purchased EVERY SINGLE MOD ON MY CAR from this forum and stuff I don't even need! lol; it's not me bud, its you.

AMG.FANATIC, You've started 50+ threads and every one is for items you are trying to sell our members………oh, except this venting rant. We have Vendors on this forum and we have Members. You appear to fit in the former category yet I don't see "Sponsor" under your name. Hmm………….Houston I think we have a problem.

There are other post in this section. All venting. Am I not allowed? Did I offend a friend of yours or you for that matter? Vendors are reserved for commercial business. I am not that. You should present your self in a better manner. As I have helped numerous members on this forum. Obviously you are not aware of that. So tell me why you have chosen me as your point of interest this morning?

I "appear to fit in the former category". I don't know what that means. I also do not "sponsor" any builds or the up keep of this forum. I don't understand why I would need that title. There is a complete section called the "classifieds" where members are free to post items for sale. I did not know there was a limit to the amount of postings allowed. I say members and not your members because you do not own me! If you were to present a case. You would need to at least have a member claim they have an issue with me. Other then the people I put on blast. You wont find any incidents with me on the negative end.


TheVazha will not do business with a person like me. What exactly does that mean. What do you know of me as a person? Or as a seller. You asked me to send you a part for free and you would pay at a later date. I do not conduct business in that manner. As you are a complete stranger to me and I can not vouch for you where I would be comfortable enough to do so. So please tell me from a few PM's and a short phone conversation how you have enough to stereo type me as that type of person? What are you talking about ? Houston we have a problem indeed. Common sense is lacking in the world today. I will not waste my time on this matter anymore. Unlike the morning browsers. I have a full life to attend to.

I go through this all the time. People say send me request, I do and never pay. I just move on after 5 days. When item gets sold, they complain saying they had dibs.... I can care less.

Are you mental? Lets see, where to start?

Pulley, tune, headers, exhaust, carbon spoiler x2, carbon diffuser x2, Carlsson wheels, HRE wheels, Forgestar wheels, Stock AMG wheels x4 (four sets!), STAR mods, so many tires I can start a tire shop, and a whole bunch of stuff I cannot even remember. Do you know what they all have in common? They were all purchased here from A++ sellers.

Do you think before I just threw my money into these parts I did some research? Do you know how many sellers I talked to first? Do you see any of the sellers I did not by from whining about it? How many inquires do you think a paying sponsor here gets that lead to no sale? Do they ***** and moan about it? Do they blast the potential buyer?

The part I was looking to buy from you was a rear airmatic strut. I forget the details but I believe it came off a car that was older than mine and you could not guarantee that it was leak free. My offer was for you to send it and after I installed it I would send payment in full. "My face is on billboards" was in the context that if I sell something and the buyer has a problem, they would know very easily where to find me and that if I didn't pay you, you too could find me. Who the **** are you???????? At that time you had 50 posts, you think I would just send you my hard earned money for a part that you couldn't even guarantee?? I have no clue who you were/are/or even care to know!!

That's not even the reason why I decided not to do business with you. The real reason is right here in our own communication. It's you attitude and your desperation.

January 9th at 8:54 AM you send me this nasty message via PM. I told you that I was checking on one missing puzzle piece (the install cost) and that you should send me your Pay Pal in the mean time. You took offense to this and responded with:

Dude, if you are going to be in the business of sales, I highly recommend you learn how to cordially communicate with potential buyers. Also, as Rabbi here says, it happens. You move on. There are other buyers. Other sellers. Why would you NAME someone for NOT spending money with you. That's insane to me. That would be like me, when after selling a set of wheels starting a NEW thread blasting all the guys who "led" me to believe they were interested. WHO CARES????? MOVE ON!!!!

TheVazha very good strategy. Posting the last of the PM's after 2 weeks of you dragging it on and wearing my nerves thin. After your rude phone call and the comment about me being a New Yorker. My PM's are justified. Now for the best part. The shock sold right on this forum to another member. Not only did I sell it to him I dug up the DIY for the install. Not only did he pay for it on time like he said he would. It works perfectly 100%. Im sure you heard of Paypal's buyer protection? Thevazha close some more deals. Stop buying used and scared. Being a dick will only get u kicked in the *****. If only you were as cool as u think u are. To bed with you. My post is for sellers to beware of dick heads not for dicks to prove there case. I was off today and bored this was entertaining. I dont rely on the forum for income so I could care less how TheVazha, TheRock or anybody else on here feels. For those who have spent money with me and are reading this know better. Those who havent and are reading this its your choice. Im not affected either way. If i had taken someones money without providing a working part then i would care. At least then I would be a legit bad guy. But for airing this dick head and lame game. Means little to nothing to me.

I was not going to comment since this is completely pointless and other thing is that we AREN'T EVEN YOUR BUYERS. We were INQUIRERS! Dude , I have asked Shardul, Eurocharged so many questions before getting anything from them and they have an established reputation and you wanted me to just throw money away at your "shock absorber" from a high mileage car?

If you are trying to sell something you need to learn that "potential buyer" would have questions. If those vendors start crying like you do, we won't have threads here and the most busy section on here would be this one. Vendors posting about people who "ASKED THEM QUESTIONS".

I told you that I will only purchase the shock after consulting my mechanic. You were slow to send me pics and slow to email me back on gmail. Sometimes almost took more than 2-3 days to respond and I was dragging on ? You gave me a deadline and I informed you before that I would not be buying it cuz my mechanic advised me against it.

You few days later send me another email telling me that the shock is still available. I go ahead and inform you that I already purchased a new one. Think about it 160$ + shipping to Canada + customs = for an old shock with high mileage. I rather get a new one for little bit more.

Once again we weren't YOUR BUYERS JUST INQUIRERS. Dude don't be sour on members here for no reason.
