Iridium Silver...Black MB Tex...COMAND Launch

Drove both the 250 and the 350 coupes today, and coming from BMW I thought the ride was much smoother and this is a much better attempt at the 3 series than MB has made in the past.

After i signed the deal I told the dealer that I drove a 2008 300 sport when I was looking at my 3 and thought it was not impressive. This one is much better. The interior is very nice.

About a 7-8% discount off MSRP and from what I can tell about either at or $500 above invoice (42k on a 45.5k sticker) , so seems like a good deal to me.

Pictures to follow.

I am planning for the European Delivery Program for my C350 coupe in the spring. White with the red interior with matte wood trim and fully loaded.

Honestly, the price difference is so small relative to the price of the car, plus preferring the dual exhaust and the 350 rims, it was worth it. And while the 250 will be a bit more fuel efficient, the 350 isn't a slouch either.

If the price difference got to be 5-6k like it is with the 335i vs 328i instead of the 2-3k MB has it now, I'd def get the 250. Both are great cars. The 250 has a little turbo lag from a stop but it gets off well and the engine has a nice sound to it when you're accelerating.

true. price diff is small. 2 pipes are nice 18 wheels are nice and 300hp are better.

The only thing is I hate v6 as i have an 03 v6 burning gas like crazy.
I probably should drive the 350 as well. I liked the sound of 250 like you said and fuel effeciance ..i dont mind the turbo lag and 200hp but u never know.. I don`t wanna regret it after..

don't think you'll regret either way my man. Go with your gut. The 250 is a great car.

European delivery saves 7 percent off the total invoice (basic car + packages + options)

MBCA will also give an additional $1000 off the car for members in good standing.

Considering the uncertainty in the economy, the $1500 holdback, and the time of year you should have very little problem finding a new c250 or c350 coupe at invoice to invoice plus $500 virtually anywhere you look. I am in CT and have just started looking and through just a couple calls to local reputable dealers I have got prices at $200 over invoice with out even trying to haggle.

From the best I can tell now that I have all the docs I paid under invoice for the car. Either way, I left feeling like I didn't get screwed. So thats a plus

I agree I think you did well also and I also think you made the right decision going with the c350 because in the end there is no replacement for displacement. LOL

Yes, in the USA the C350 is $43K MSRP with Premium 1 Pkg, AMG 17" wheels, and Pano Roof. Great price, and you can get $1-$3K off the MSRP. Maintenance is extra though!

LOL it truly is insane when you look at the price difference of cars in the U.S market compared to alot of other Countries and considering we also have parity with their dollar, just goes to show how governments of certain Countries 'milk' the general public, here in Aust. a C350 will cost nearly 2.5 times the U.S price.

Also can't believe the RRP on a C350 is similar to a C250 there whereas here in Aust. the C350 costs 50% more than the C250 anyway end of rant.

Congrats to jtl1230 enjoy your new vehicle
