I'm located in NY. I want to know if what I'm getting is a good lease or I could do better. So far this is what I'm able to find.

MSRP on the car is $42,205 before any incentives for conquest or holiday cash.
$1600 upfront for Bank Fee, DMV Fee, Documentation Fee, First month.
$365/ month with Local (NY) tax rolled in. Based on Tier 1 Approval.

Please let me know if that is a good deal or I could find better.

I was quoted even less when they were basing the numbers from a higher credit tier. $335 to be specific.

I know it seems impossible but if you look around better numbers are out there. NEVER trust a salesperson to be giving you the best deal, I know because I've been in sales.

Stuff like this just makes me sad to be in Canada. No way I'm getting into that car for less than $600.

I deal exclusively with a guy named Brian at Huntington Mercedes. I have 12 months left in my lease. They were going to give me your EXACT car for 36 months, 12k miles/year, taxes & fees due at signing (comes out to about $2,500 total) for $350 a month. Keep in mind this is eating 12 months of a $371.75 payment (although apparently there is an incentive that will eat 8) but there is still $1200 worth of payments being taken over. Also, this didn't include a near $2,000 "conquest" incentive for owning another luxury car competitor. And not to mention my lease terms are longer, more miles and a lower payment. I believe our down payments are about even.

Bottom line - you can have a better deal, but the one you have isn't bad. I doubt they will do better on the "numbers" but you can definitely do better on the term. Ask for a longer term at a slightly lower monthly price.

If can't do any better, ask for 2 yrs prepay service for free, dealer cost is $252 for 2 yrs plan.
