CampioniShop: Introducing MORR's 1 piece - Monoblock - 19"/20" - Introduction special
MonoForged™ - Lighter.Wider.Stronger.
MonoForged™ VS8.2.
Lighter. The new MonoForged™ VS8.2 is lighter, wider, and stronger than any of its predecessors. This weight reduction was achieved by implementing several advanced manufacturing processes including flow-forming. Flow-forming helps reduce barrel thickness by up to ten-percent. We also achieved such significant weight reduction by using Vehicle Specific Profiles (VSP) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) by using Vehicle Specific Load Ratings (VSLR) and Vehicle Specific Weight Optimization (VSWO).
By using VSLR and VSWO, weight can be reduced by eliminating the need of using excessive load ratings due to the wheel blanks being shared with higher rated platforms. MORR manufactures wheel blanks exclusively for every design it produces, allowing us to engineer the blanks according to the specific load ratings of the vehicle brand & model we are making the wheel for. This in turn increases our production costs, but allows us to make a far superior wheel.
Through VSP, we can minimize excessive back spacing in our wheel blanks. Adding material to the back pad is required when sharing blanks among different platforms, increasing the weight and required excessive machining of the back pad which could compromise the integrity of the final product. Our MonoForged™ blanks are vehicle specific, thus requiring minimum machining of the back pad, resulting in a lighter wheel without compromising its integrity.
Wider. At 10-inches wide, our new VS8.2 rears are .5-inch wider than its predecessors, widening the vehicle’s rear track, allowing for wider tires, increasing the concavity profile and improving the overall vehicle handling dynamics.
Stronger. At MORR, during the design stage, our engineers run FEA simulations to ensure the weight optimization process does not sacrifice wheel strength. To ensure our wheels are ultra-lightweight and equally as strong, our MonoForged™ product line is manufactured using only the highest grade 6061-T6 Aluminum. All of our wheels conform to the strict international and domestic standards of wheel quality and manufacturing, which include VIA/JWL, TuV-Rheinland and SAE J2530 standards for the US DOT. Our MonoForged™ VS8.2 is rated at the new safety standard of 690-kg (1518-lbs) per corner and is also subject to extensive Rotary Bending Fatigue, 13-degree Impact @ 0-degrres, 13-degree impact @ spoke, Radial Load Endurance and Radial Load Fatigue physical testing.

Product Features:
Re-Designed - The new VS8.2 is a step above from our VS8 design. A lot of attention was given to detail during the design stages of this wheel. The spokes have been extended further out and the outer lip has been reduced, creating a larger appearance, while the spoke shape has been given more dimension through enhanced curvature. The outer lip has been smoothed as well for a cleaner, more "finished" look.
Ultra-Concave - Being one of the pioneers of the concavity trend, the new MonoForged™ VS8.2 is the most concave 10" wheel currently available for the Audi S4/S5 with a profile depth of over 30-degrees!
Inner Lip - One of the greatest challenges with the VS8 inner lip was its depth. At over 3", the availability of milling machines that were able to mill that deep was extremely limited. With the new MonoForged™ VS8.2, that lip was further increased to 3.25", further enhancing the overall look of the design.
Optimization - Through Vehicle Specific Profiles (VSP), Vehicle Specific Load Ratings (VSLR) and Vehicle Specific Weight Optimization (VSWO) we can create wheel blanks that are specific to the vehicle applications. This reduces excess back-pad material, reducing weight and improving strength. The minimal back-pad spacing, as shown below, eliminates the need for excessive machining. This ensures structural integrity is not sacrificed.
Ultra-Lightweight - The new MonoForged™ VS8.2 is one of the lightest 7-spokes wheels available. Weighing in at only 19-lbs for the front! (in 19")
FEA - Finite Element Analysis helped optimized the wheel strength and remove unnecessary material for the lightest possible wheel. Even at 19-lbs (in 19"), the new VS8.2 wheel was tested at a load of 690kg and passed every FEA with flying colors.

Any pics mounted (real or rendered) on new C Class coupe ??
Would be interesting to see if the concavity of those made to suit a MB is similar to those fitted up to the BMW in the pics above.
From what I've seen so far, the Audi A5 and BMW 3 series seem to have greater concavity and depth, maybe they have more offset to play with

We mounted a 19x8.5 and 19x10 on this F10 - we would run the exact setup on an E Class Coupe. Concavity would be the same.
No mounted pics on an E Class yet - but we can make these for barely over 3,000$ for a set!
The A5 guys can run our 20x10.5 forging which is MORR's most concave forging.

So that's for an E Class - is it the same for a C Class ???
I have read elsewhere on this forum E and C class wheels are different offsets
I suppose myself and others need more exacting info on what these would actually look like mounted on a particular type of vehicle, that's the only way to make an proper and informed decision before being able to purchase these kinds of items.

Thanks for the info CampioniShop however would still be a massive help to see these mounted similar to say the Vossens on another thread - that way you know exactly what to expect, it is a very large outlay afterall and one would want to make the right decision
